Once upon a time, in a small town nestled in the hills, there lived a woman named Sarah and her husband, Tom. Tom was a jovial man, always cracking jokes and making everyone around him laugh. But one day, tragedy struck when Tom suddenly fell into a coma.

Tom’s expression turned serious as he said, “Well, you’ve been with me through thick and thin. When I was awake, you were there for me. And even when I was in a coma…”
Sarah leaned in, eagerly anticipating his next words.
Tom continued, “Even when I was in a coma, you were still there, sneaking in and out to check on me, right?”
Sarah burst into laughter, relieved that her husband’s sense of humor had survived the ordeal. “Oh, Tom,” she said between giggles, “you never fail to make me laugh.”
